In general, this position is responsible for providingsystems and end-user support along with rest of the ISG staff. Morespecifically, this position will be responsible for installing, upgrading,maintaining the knowledge management software systems such as CRM, DocumentManagement, Sharepoint,, HRIS, SQL Server, various web based applications, taxapplications, etc.
PositionResponsibilities:
· CRM system design, implementation, administrationand maintenance.
· Document management system design, implementation,administration and maintenance.
· Sharepoint system design, implementation,administration and maintenance.
· HRIS design, implementation, administration andmaintenance.
· Server setups, administration, and maintenance
· SQL Server setups, administration, and maintenance
· Tax and other application setups, administration,and maintenance
· End-user training and support.
PositionQualifications:
Skills:
The candidate should have a thorough understanding of WindowsNT/2000/2003networks and the TCP/IP suite of protocols. The candidate must beresponsible, organized, and be able to work individually and as a team member.
Experience:
5 – 8 years work experience administering Windows NT/2000/2003 Servers
3 – 5 years work experience in CRM, document management or other similarsystems.
Expert in the use of Microsoft Office\Microsoft Outlook
Intermediate to Expert with Microsoft Server applications (Exchange,Active Directory, SQL, IIS)
Education:
College degree required; MCSE (or other professional certifications)preferred
