Leading mid-Atlantic independent accounting and consulting firm ,ranked among the top ten internationally, is seeking a Senior Manager for its International Tax Practice in its Philadelphia office.
Under the general supervision of a Principal(s), the Senior Manager has the ability to oversee a wide variety of diversified auditing, accounting and/or tax assignments. He/She ensures the delivery of quality client service and maintains profitable client relationships. The Senior Manager coaches and develops senior team members and participates in business development activities.
The Senior Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Managers who in turn supervise other team members. The Senior Manager carries out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Firm's policies and applicable laws.

Successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years of public accounting or related experience along with a demonstrated record of progressively increasing knowledge, skill and responsibility. In addition, sound written and verbal communication skills, an ability to work independently or as part of a team and the capacity to appropriately interact with all levels of Firm management and staff, clients and other external business contacts are required.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance is required. It is the Firm's policy to require Senior Managers to be credentialed; specifically; they must have a current CPA License, Juris Doctorate, or be an Enrolled Agent (EA).
