At least 5 years related experience in the financial services industry

Ability and interest in understanding systems design
Knowledge of the Eagle STAR system or another mutual fund accounting system a plus
Responsibilities:
Work with internal groups; CSG, FAS, Fund Administration, Information Management and Global Admin Product business users to understand and prioritize business requirements for new functionality requests.
Work with developers on functional design and preparation of functional specifications.
Drive functional development by fully understanding business needs and translating them into system design. Manage process of documenting and communicating functional solutions.
Take ownership of security reference processing in STAR accounting system by continuing to increase expert business knowledge and understanding of system design.
Ability to lead discussions of complex topics
