Strong project implementation and tracking skills with an extensive understanding of Funds Transfer Systems in a financial firm will allow you to take charge of developing new products and services.
The "Business Analyst with project skills" ( Funds Transfer SWIFT CHIPS Investment Trade systems knowledge) will work either independently or with other team members to successfully complete projects that provide analysis and solutions to business problems and needs. As a subject matter expert in field of focus, The individual functions as a key contributor through reviewing project plans, participating in all aspects of product delivery, and coordinating with key internal relationships to provide analysis and support and ensure that all affected areas are represented in each project and are in agreement with the final requirements. In addition, may be responsible for providing training on new as well as existing applications as defined in a project or product roll out plan.
Position Responsibilities
Manage the life cycle of System projects, including project scoping, planning, requirements definition to issues resolution, testing, training and implementation.
Identify and interview key individuals to gather needed details and direction to define business requirements.
Formulate realistic project plans based on objectives.
Write business cases, business requirements, functional specifications, and user acceptance test plans with minimal direction and coaching for use by Systems.
Follow-up on open items.
Manage User Acceptance testing and logging results.
Track time, reporting status, and maintaining project plans.
Recognize patterns in complex information and identify key issues.
Understand technical concepts and effectively link them to the business needs.
Help to ensure plans contain logical, well-conceived action steps that support achievement of goals and objectives.
Respond to complex client inquiries or problems.
Act as a liaison between business units and Systems.
Remain flexible regarding changes in priorities, tasks, technical issues, and other hurdles that may be encountered while completing the project
Assist in the delivery of a quality end product.
Perform quality control and complying with performance standards/best practices.
Produce procedural documents and training materials.

FUNDS TRANSFER SWIFT CHIPS Investment systems background
Self Starter, proactive, and objective oriented
Ability to execute project activities with little direction, and plan his/her time effectively to meet project dates
Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and efficiently juggles several projects.
Ability to communicate professionally with others, aptitude for analytical and problem resolution ,organizational ability
