Systems Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Work with CSG, FAS, Fund Administration, Information Management and Global Admin Product business users to understand and prioritize business requirements for new functionality requests
Work with developers on functional design and preparation of functional specifications
Drive functional development by fully understanding business needs and translating them into system design. Manage process of documenting and communicating functional solutions.
Take ownership of European fund processing in STAR accounting system by continuing to increase expert business knowledge and understanding of system design.

Requirements:
BS/BA required
At least 5 years related experience in the financial services industry
At least 5 years related experience in the financial services industry
Some understanding of fund accounting operations
Specific expert knowledge in one or more fund aspects of European fund structures, including Pooling.
Knowledge of European tax reporting requirements, including EUSD, German Tax, Austrian Tax
Specific expert knowledge in one or more fund aspects of European fund structures, including Pooling.

Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Willingness to constantly ask questions and think creatively
Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
